Q: What if the product freezes?

A: We do not recommend that the product be allowed to freeze but in the unlikely event that product does freeze allow the product to return to room temperature before you try to use your kit. Visually inspect the package for damage. Visually inspect the product for possible separation or sedimentation. Shake the liquid items before use. If any separation persists, return the product for evaluation.

Q: Replacements – What if there is a broken or missing spoon, spatula, applicator or bowl?

A: You can use alternate components found commonly in most households. Follow the correct ratio of Eniva Aloe Lift Powder to Eniva Aloe Lift Activator as prescribed in the directions. Use two measures of Lift Powder to 3 measures of Lift Activator. If you are uncomfortable with using your measuring device, we will replace your tool kit.

Q: What type of reaction may I expect from my first product application?

A: A certain amount of skin redness is normal. This is due to a number of factors including any cleansing and exfoliation prior to the lift, application and removal of the mask and increased blood flow to the surface as the skin takes in nutrients. You may also feel a slight itchy and tingling sensation. This is also normal and temporary. Q: Does the product have an expiration date?

A: The product has a shelf life of 2 years.

Q: How long does one kit last?

A: Under normal product use you should get 15 to 20 applications per kit. New product users should apply twice weekly for the first 5 weeks and once a week for the regular maintenance program. When you become a regular purchaser of the kit and continue with the regular maintenance program applications of once per week the kit will last in excess of 3 months.

Q: On the second application during one facial treatment do I have to mix another batch?

A: No…the quantities blended in Step 2 of the directions should be sufficient material for the initial application and the second application to be applied when the first application becomes tacky (semi dry) to the touch.

Q: Are there any perfumes?

A: The Eniva Aloe Pre-Lift Cleanser and the Eniva Aloe Moisturizing Omega Cream contain a clean fresh fragrance accepted by the cosmetic industry. *NOTE* Some individuals may be allergic to various fragrances or products / cosmetics containing fragrance.

Q: What do they use for the preservative?

A: Low levels of preservative which are approved for use in cosmetic by the Food and Drug Administration are added to preserve the product integrity and ensure consumer safety during the normal life cycle of the product. . During repeated use in the home environment these ingredients are necessary and have been approved as safe to use.

Q: Is the product organic?

A: Although the key ingredients like the certified organic aloe, natural botanicals, natural oils, vitamins, proteins and collagen are formulated into our products, they require additional materials that act as carriers or delivery systems to work properly. These materials which are approved for use in cosmetics by the Food and Drug Administration are not considered organic and are a necessary part of the Eniva Ageless Radiance Facial Kit system.

Q: What are peptides?

A: Peptides are nutrient rich protein fragments that help the skin absorb key ingredients.

Q: How important is the 30 minutes required for a full treatment?

A: That amount of time is critical to receive maximum benefits from the system. A minimum of 30 minutes is needed to properly cleanse, exfoliate, mask treat and moisturize your skin.

Q: When will I see results?

A: Results may vary by individual and are not guaranteed. However a difference will most likely be seen within 30 minutes of the first application. Improvements should be seen in lines, wrinkles, sags, facial skin tone, color and feel. Most users will see significant results after 90 days.

Q: How long should I wait to apply makeup after a treatment?

A: You should wait 2-3 minutes before applying makeup.

Q: Can I use my other skin care products in between my AR treatments?

A: Yes, you may continue with your other skin products; however you may want to consider using a light solution of the AR cleanser and the two moisturizing products on a daily basis.

Q: Do the products have any sunscreen protection?

A: The products do not contain the ingredients associated with UV protection from the sun. No SPF claims are made with the AR products. Generally, UV protection in cosmetics is associated with products intended to be left on the skin. It is ok to use your make up, lipstick or lotions that do make SPF claims after the facial treatment.
